I launched my second product last month (October).

Ranqio was born to be an easy and affordable SEO tool for startup solofounders like me.

Here is the background:

I'm not an SEO expert, and I don't have +$100 to use a robust tool like SEMRush or Ahrefs, which, BTW, are incredible tools.

Following online communities, I saw a lot of new entrepreneurs struggling to generate leads.

Another point is the rising of the ads cost and the decrease in outbound conversion.

That's why I chose this market—to address my own needs, and I think there is still space for a small solutions (yes, I'm seeing a lot of SEO tools).

I built this entire product using ChatGPT in the last 2-3 months (working 1 hour/day after my job).

Regarding the go-to-market strategy, I decided to start globally.

Some people that I spoke asked me if it's not better to build an audience in Brazil (I'm Brazilian) first and expand later. It's an excellent question.

My takeaways about this:

As someone with a full-time job and a few free hours/week, my strategy is to build an audience in English to expand my available market. Of course, by doing this, I'll increase my competition as well.

But, I aim to build solo a MicroSaaS portfolio in the next few years.

I'll be patient and create high-quality content about entrepreneurship to, in the long run, generate organic leads for my entire portfolio.

I can have a very small conversion in a competitive global market, no problem for me.

I don't need to be the best SEO tool in the market. I want to build an excellent product that my audience will love.

With a very small structure and a portfolio of solutions, I can afford to have a small conversion rate and still have good revenue on my own.

What do you think about that? I'd love to hear your thoughts about this GTM approach and about my solution too.

I hope with your feedback guys I can improve my product.

About how the product is going now (5 weeks old)...

Users: 23 real users. Thrilled that 15 new users found us via X, Product Hunt, and Reddit.

Product Improvements: More human-like blog content, user-friendly interface, and content tailored by language and country.

Challenges: Low engagement despite sign-ups. Users average 2.35 keyword searches and mostly create just one blog post.

Realized many early-stage startup founders might not prioritize or understand organic traffic yet. The delay (3-6 months) to start seeing the first results can aggravate that.

Next Steps:

Continue educating users about SEO and long-tail keywords;

Integrate with WordPress to simplify content posting and attract more users via the plugin store;

Thinking about generate a 30 day marketing plan based on the product and audience of my user and automatically generate the long-tail keyword opportunities.
